Meares, who has already won bronze in the keirin in Rio, is the defending women's sprint champion but only made it through day nine's races via repechage. She rides against Hong Kong's Wai Sze Lee at 11:06pm.
The only cycling medal being handed out on day 10 is in the men's omnium, with the points race at 6:23am. Australia's only competitor is Glenn O'Shea.
