Live Cricket Score of Pakistan vs West Indies, 2nd ODI at Sharjah

So, Pakistan have managed 55 runs off the mandatory 10-over powerplay quota while the visitors have managed to remove both the Pak openers. First bowling change immediately after, here's Carlos Brathwaite.

Spin from the other end, its Sunil Narine.

Openers fall in quick succession:

And another one. Sharjeel falls after a brisk knock of 24. More importantly, that's maiden ODI wicket for Joseph. Sharjeel had hit Holder for few easy runs previously and thought of taking the aerial route again. Goes for another wild swing but could hit it only as far as Holder at mid-on.

Two new batsmen in the middle as Shoaib Malik joins in-form Babar Azam for the repair work.

Wicket:

First blow for Pakistan. Jason Holder has struck and given his team an early breakthrough in the form of Azhar Ali's wicket, trapped in front. But Azhar consults his non-striker and goes for a review. The ball would clipped the top of leg stump and Azhar will have to walk back.

In-form Babar Azam is out in the middle.

Let's go:

Alright then. Azhar Ali and Sharjeel Khan out in the middle to open Pakistan's innings. Jason Holder with the ball.

West Indies have been forced to make a change. Shannon Gabriel has got a sore neck so Alzarri Joseph will be making his ODI debut.

We'll get you both the playing XIs shortly.

Build Up: West Indies seek revival

West Indies will seek a turnaround in their fortunes after slipping to an ignominious 111-run defeat in the first ODI in Sharjah. On a slow track, Babar Azam crunched his maiden ODI ton to power Pakistan to 284. While chasing down a sizeable total, barring Marlon Samuels, none of West Indies' batsmen were able to negate the spin threat of Mohammad Nawaz as the visitors were bundled for a modest total.

The slow left-arm orthodox bowler combined clever flight and the arm-ball to befuddle the opposition and pick up four wickets. With Johnson Charles struggling for runs, Evin Lewis might make his debut in the 50-over format. In the bowling department, West Indies will depend on Benn and Narine to make their presence felt on what is expected to be a turning track.

On the other hand, Pakistan are set to remain unchanged as they aim to take an unassailable lead in the three-match rubber.
